I Thomas Moloian (Mul-oy-an), who built this simple yet extensive site hope you'll find it informative and helpful in answering all your computer questions, and there's no such thing as a stupid question, just a stupid mistake that can be costly,I know, I've been there and it's not pretty. Listed below are the most common power up or booting problems with your desktop or laptop when you turn on power: 1) You turn the power on and no power, Power Supply Out. 2) Turn power on, power comes on and hard drive doesn't boot: CPU, (Central Processing Unit) / MotherBoard burned out. 3) Turn power on, power comes on, hard drive attempts to boot and a black DOS screen comes on and tells you that a recent hardware/software change may have caused improper shut down of your computer and gives you options at bottom of page for re-booting and you attempt it and you go back to that same page, it's time to do a fresh clean windows boot. Some kind of serious bacteria has invaded your computer or one of your drives has been damaged by a corrupted file stored in it. Our main goal is to take care of all your P.C. Desktop/Laptop needs whatever they may be with a smile and very patient technicians who are the friendliest in town.
